When you want to return a jewel you have to know that:
the request must be done within 14 days from the moment in which you receive your order.
the product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was when you received it. The jewel cannot be worn or damaged and it must be kept in its original intact packaging. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned nor substituted.
We do not refund the price of the shipment, but only the price of the returned products.
We only accept returns shipped with a courier.
Returns or substitution only for damaged products.
If when your product arrives, you notice that it is damaged we will be happy to refund it.
The reporting must be sent within 24 hours from the moment in which you receive your order, with a picture and a motivation for the return.
The product must be returned in its original intact packaging.
The shipment’s price will be refunded when the product will be received and controlled by our responsible.

-select the order from which you want to return a product selecting the voice “details”
-select the products that you want to return with the box near to the name of the product
-add the amount that you want to return (if you want to return more than one product)
