1) Owner of the treatment

The owner of treatments performed through the website is defined in the premise. For any information regarding the treatment of persona data from the owner (and all the people responsible for the treatment who treats data) you can write to the owner using the contacts given on the website.

2)Personal information object of treatment

We inform you that the owner will treat personal information that may be identified as name, an identification number, an online identification and one or more characteristics regarding your physical, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity appropriate to make the involved client identified or identifiable.

The personal information treated in the website are the following:

Computer system and software procedure responsible for the functioning of the website obtain some personal information which transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with the people involved, but thanks to its nature, it may allow to identify the users.

Within this information there are: IP addresses or computer names used by the users who connect to the website; URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses for the requested resource; time of request; the method we used to submit the request to the server; dimension of the file obtained in response; the numeric code that indicate the response’s state given by the server (successful, error,…) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistic information regarding the use of the website and to check its proper functioning, to identify any anomaly or abuse, and they are immediately deleted after the elaboration. 

These data may be used to verify the responsibility in case of any hypothetical cybercrime that may damage the website or someone else: except for this possibility, the navigation data do not persist for more than six years.

While using some website’s service it may happen to treat someone’s personal data that have been sent to the owner. Regarding this possibility, you consider yourself as independent owner for the treatment, taking all the obligations and responsibilities established by the law. In this case, you give full indemnity regarding any dispute, any treatment’s damage refund’s request, etc. that may arrive to the owner from a third-part whose personal data have been treated while his use of the website’s functions, violating any law of personal data protection. In any case, if one give or treat a third-part’s personal data while using the website, it is guaranteed that this particular possibility is based on a proper juridic base according to article 6 of Regulation that allow the treatment of the information concerned.

Cookies are small text files that are sent and recorded by the websites visited from the users, to be resent to the same websites in the next navigation. Thanks to the cookies a website remembers the actions and the preferences of the user (such as the login data, the chosen language, the text dimension,…) so that there is no need to indicate again these information when the user visits the website again.

Therefore, cookies are used to process online authentication, monitor sessions and memorize all information regarding user’s activities and they may contain a unique identification code that allows to track the user’s navigation in the same website with statistic or advertising purpose.

Legal basis of personal data’s treatment are:

·         service delivery: personal data’s treatment for this purpose is based on art.6 (1) (b) of regulation “...the treatment is necessary for the implementation of a contract that regards the person involved or it is necessary for the implementation of precontractual measures which are adopted on demand of the person involved”Giving personal data for this purpose isn’t compulsory, but the lack of provision may cause the impossibility to activate services supplied by the website;

·         CV evaluation: personal data’s treatment for this purpose is based on art.6 (1) (b) of regulation. The treatment of specific categories of personal data are explained on art.9 (2) (a) of regulation. You have to give your consent in order to access to personal data.

The provision of personal data for this purpose isn’t compulsory but the lack of provision may cause the impossibility to analyze your CV and contact you for an interview;

·         Fulfillment of legal obligation: personal data’s treatment for this purpose is based on art.6 (1) (c) of regulation

·         Marketing: personal data’s treatment for this purpose is based on art.6 (1) (a) of regulation.

The provision of personal data for this purpose is fully optional and does not affect the use of services. If you want to oppose to personal data’s treatment for marketing purpose you can do it in any moment contacting the Owner.

 

5) Addressees of personal data

You personal data may be shared with the following people:

·         subjects who act as responsible of treatment: 1) people or companies that give assistance and advice to the Owner regarding accounting, administration, the legal area, financial and fiscal and debt collection; 2) subjects with whom is necessary to interact for the provision of services; 3)subjects who perform technical maintenance;

·         Subjects, institutions or authorities to whom is compulsory to report your personal data because of legal or Regulation dispositions;

·         people authorized by the Owner for the treatment of personal data necessary for activities connected to the provision of services and who are committed to confidentiality.

 

6) Transfer of Personal data

Your personal data are nor transferred outside European Economic Area.

 

7)Conservation of Personal data

Personal data used for the provision of services will be conserved for a period of time strictly necessary to reach the same purposes. In any case, the Owner will treat personal data until the time allowed by the Italian legislation.

Personal data treated for the evaluation of CV will be conserved for 1 year.

Personal data treated for the fulfillment of legal obligation will be conserved until the time required by the specific obligation or law or regulation.

Personal data for marketing purpose will be treated until the withdrawal of your consent.

More information about the period of conservation of personal data may be requested by writing to the Owner.

 

8) Client’s rights

According to art. 15 and following of Regulation, you have the right to ask the Owner the access to your personal data, the elimination of those or you can oppose to their treatment, you have the right to ask for a limitation of treatment in all cases planned in art.18 of Regulation.

All requests must be sent to the Owner through the contact form that you can find in the website.

In any case you have the right to file a complaint to the Competent Control Authority, according to art.77 of Regulation if you suspect that your personal data’s treatment is against the law.

 

9) Modifications

The Owner can modify or upgrade the content, even depending on variations of the legislation. The Owner will inform you of those variations through a notice published on the website. Therefore, the Owner invites you to visit this section on regular basis so that you can always be informed about the data recollection and the use made of them.
